About Me
I have been a technology professional for over 25 years and have pursued a variety of roles and positions within the computer industry ranging from software development and marketing to computer systems integration and consulting.
I have been lucky enough to have worked for myself or been a member of the management team of small companies for most of my career. Needing a steady paycheck and a challenge, I joined Microsoft in 1998 as a Technical Account Manager within the Premier Support division, a position I retained until my departure in 2004 to start yet another consulting group. While at Microsoft, I worked with some of the largest enterprise customers in the country as the customer's advocate within Microsoft and as their strategic advisor in matters relevant to Microsoft software.
Currently, I am an independent consultant focusing almost exclusively on delivering products and solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I work with both customers and other Microsoft Partners to make CRM work for them by performing the following services:

In 1986 I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Outside of computers, I have growing woodworking hobby and currently reside in Coppell, Texas ( a Dallas suburb ).
