But I have no experience in scripting at all. Would you mind telling me which file(s) you are using for this modification? I will try to study the codes in the files you mentioned.

BTW, do you know any sites which share CRM JScript which benefits non-programmers?

		<description>I would imagine not, which is why it&#039;s marked unsupported.  Since CRM 2011 is not yet on the street, there is no way to check to verify.

		<description>I am wondering if all the javascript like this is going to break when CRM 2011 is out.  I can see it still working for the web client (with some changes), but the new Outlook Client is using MAPI.</description>
