Had no intention to besmirch you or the survey. My constant pain with CRM security model is so great that I believe it is in a class all by itself...remedial. :) As a side note, I have seen Dynamics AX and what it has to offer in terms of development and security models/structures, and it would be great to see CRM adopt the same models/structures.
