Sorryabout that, you were supposed to be able to pick more than one answer but it looks like that setting wasn't recorded.
Security is technical part of Administration but I went ahead and added it as a separate item anyway.

Thanks, Mitch. Had no intention to besmirch you or the survey. My constant pain with CRM security model is so great that I believe it is in a class all by itself…remedial. :)
As a side note, I have seen Dynamics AX and what it has to offer in terms of development and security models/structures, and it would be great to see CRM adopt the same models/structures. (I know, I will come back to reality now, as such an overhaul of CRM would be out of the quesiton.)

Mitch, I'd like to pick Customization and Javascript. Those are a little bit overlapping aren't they? Anyhow, I picked Javascript, because it's the interesting stuff that I need to learn more of…. Anyone can add fields to a form.

I agree with Andrij – development and integration are important for me.
