  • New survey posted: What CRM feature interests you the most?

Posted on January 21st, 2010 mitch Print Print 6 comments

Since it’s the beginning of a new year, I thought I would again check to see what people are interested in this year.

If you have a minute, I’d love to hear what you have to say.

The survey is located on the upper-right side of this blog.

    Thanks, Mitch

    1. Where is "All of the Above, except CRM Online, and add 'Change to Security Model'"?

    2. Darin,

Sorryabout that, you were supposed to be able to pick more than one answer but it looks like that setting wasn't recorded.

Security is technical part of Administration but I went ahead and added it as a separate item anyway.

      Thanks, Mitch

    3. Thanks, Mitch. Had no intention to besmirch you or the survey. My constant pain with CRM security model is so great that I believe it is in a class all by itself…remedial. :)

As a side note, I have seen Dynamics AX and what it has to offer in terms of development and security models/structures, and it would be great to see CRM adopt the same models/structures. (I know, I will come back to reality now, as such an overhaul of CRM would be out of the quesiton.)

      Crazier things have happened, though!
      Thanks again!

    4. Mitch, I'd like to pick Customization and Javascript. Those are a little bit overlapping aren't they? Anyhow, I picked Javascript, because it's the interesting stuff that I need to learn more of…. Anyone can add fields to a form.
thanks! It will be interesting to see what everyone says!

    5. I like everything connected with development and integration.

    6. I agree with Andrij – development and integration are important for me.
