I have added a new poll to this blog because I’m curious about how many people actually use the CardScan for MSCRM product.
We did. But they dropped support for it. So we scan them into outlook and then track in CRM.
Kind of Sucky but we get stacks of business Cards from all our associates and have an administrator put them in as leads then.
Thanks for the info. CardScan has an SDK and I am thinking about creating a new edition of the product.
The idea just occurred to me yesterday when I found out they dropped the product, so I'm still in the research and evaluation phase.

I used to use it when I was a CRM Admin for v1.2. Since I began consulting, only 2 clients ever used it, both for 3.0. They (and I) were very happy with the product. I think one of the neatest things was the built-in duplicate detection…
