getting old is hard

so I aggravated an old volleyball injury this weekend playing with the cousins & nephew.

tonight when I got back to my parent's house I failed to find any icy hot or ben gay. what I eneded u with was some questionable white substance my mom gave me called pain aid.

I figure i've got a 50% chance of my arm feeling better, falling off, or finally, becoming erect.
