Most of the time I go home for lunch a bit before noon.  The History Channel usually shows Modern Marvels at Noon Central Time ( here in the U.S. ).
Yesterday, I was eating lunch when the Modern Marvels episode went into great detail on the history of fertilizer.  Let's just say that I didn't watch [...]
