I almost got run over by one leaving Starbucks today. I was walking back to my truck, between two cars parked at the edge of the parking lot, and all of the sudden I was staring at the rear quarter-panel of a car. I didn't realize it was a hybrid until I realized that I couldn't hear it – which is why I almost walked into it.
So the real question is: if we had run into each other ( me and the hybrid ), who would have won? I'm a pretty big boy and that hybrid ( a Ford, I think ) was pretty small. I would assume we'd both end up with dents and need to be taken to the body shop to have the fixed…
