I recently reinstalled the CardScan system after getting a new office, new server, etc. and let me tell you, it is now one of the most valuable systems in my office.
It has also changed the way I do business. Now, when I return from a meeting or other event where I've collected business cards, I immediately scan the cards using CardScan and import them into CRM.
The software is very easy to use and the integration with CRM is fantastic. It will even check for duplicates when you transfer the data into CRM. The optical character recognition ( OCR ) has a very high rate of success so little editing is required. Overall, it saves tons of time and money getting data into CRM.
So, in a nutshell, if you're using CRM and not using CardScan, you should definitely take a look at it.
