I, too, have found GoDaddy to be less than helpful beyond thier basic host setup service. After many hours trying to set-up an ASP.NET starter set and many email exchanges with GoDaddy support, I moved to Re-Invent Technologies. I had the starter set up and running in 30 minutes!!
