Your story reminds me of something less than intelligent that I did a few years ago. I kept on hearing about this wonderful product developed by a schoolteacher to ward off the common cold. Buying into the advertisements, I finally went to the local drug store and bought this product. Eager to give it a quick try and failing to read the instructions, I opened the package and placed one of the tablets in my mouth. Instantly, my mouth started to foam as if I let two or three Alka Selser tablets dissolve in my mouth. I immediately spit out the foaming tablet while driving my car and then pulled off the road to read the instructions. Not unlike Alka Selser tablets, these tablets were supposed to be placed in a glass of water and dissolved thoroughly before drinking. I would imagine that if I would have left the tablet dissolve totally in my mouth, I would have experienced a drinking problem very similar to your Pepsi and peanuts volcano. A great story :-)

I have to admit that I was taken in by your title. You may have had a Pepsi drinking problem, but based on the horror stories I am reading about online about alcohol abuse and alcoholism, you should be thankful that you did not have an alcohol drinking problem. :-)

Mitch!
I just read your blog here, and just about shot Pepsi and Spicy Hot peanuts out of my nose! (Which would have been quite the feat since I haven't had any!) From my perspective, that was hilarious!

ANyway, glad you shared...
