		<description>Hi

I have a few queries with respect to customisation. Could you please provide answers to that:
 1. Can we do customisation for Roles of Users in such a way that he should be able to view some records and should not be able to view other records.
Let me explain this with an example, suppose a company deals in both Imports and Exports. Then the Users in Exports Team should be able to view records related only to Export Activities. He should not be able to view records related to Import Activities. How can we do customisation for such a thing?

 2. CRM doesn't throw any error if a Sales Order for an Account exceeds the Credit Limit for the Account. Apart from making a work flow is there any other solution?

It would be great if you could help me regarding this.

With Regards,
Rajat.</description>
